ABOUT ME
Growing up with severe asthma as a child I struggled to do almost anything. As a young teenager, growing up in the south of France helped my breathing but, by then, I'd had enough of feeling weak so I would run until I collapsed.

I built a makeshift gym in a field from bits of old farming equipment (much to my mum's dismay), and soon discovered rugby and Martial Arts, which I practice to this day.
As soon as I was old enough I joined a gym and quickly became obsessed with powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman and weightlifting.
I got a degree in Psychology at Montpellier University and upon moving back to England became a PT. I am now a competitive strongman and powerlifter, as well as a BJJ practitioner. Most of my work is now done online with MST Systems, but I still work with a select few clients 1-2-1

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
1-2-1 PT allows me to work with you on a regular basis in person. I will be teaching you exercises based on your goals as well as planning your training and nutrition.
With online programming, I will be giving you tailored workout plans based on your goals, level of experience, age; complete with reps, sets, rest, workout split, etc. We will regularly interact and update your programming and nutrition based on your individual case.
An initial consultation process will allow me to assess what we need to work on, discover your goals, and what we have to do to achieve them.
